INGREDIENTS

35ml Martini Riserva Speciale Rubino
25ml Luxardo bitter bianco
50ml Grapefruit juice
70ml Thomson & Scott Skinny Prosecco or Noughty for a non-alcoholic option

METHOD

Mix all the ingredients, except Thomson & Scott Skinny Prosecco, using the throw-in technique to combine and chill ingredients together. Pour into a highball glass over ice, top up with Thomson & Scott Skinny Prosecco, garnish with orange wheel and lemon zest.
