Get Your Harvey Nichols in a Twist…
Harvey Nichols has teamed up with UK’s leading boutique fitness class provider, Heartcore, and the company behind the famous Skinny Prosecco, Thomson & Scott, to host four exclusive mind and body detox classes in Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge this spring.
The collaboration will see Heartcore teach its new concept class, FreeSpirit, in the Canvas space on the Fifth Floor on Thursday 31st May and Saturday 2nd June, with tantalising tastings by Thomson & Scott and the chance to try their brand new launch – Thomson & Scott Sparkler Rosé – a delicious, organic and vegan top quality Italian frizzante with less than 0.6 grams of sugar per can, the perfect tipple for springtime.
The exclusive soul lifting mat pilates and yoga fusion classes, will be held at 11am and 6:30pm on Thursday and 10:30am and 12:00pm on Saturday, and are all followed by a 20-30 minute cocktail tasting hosted by Sophie Bratt, Bar Manager at Harvey Nichols. Thomson & Scott Skinny Prosecco will be mixed with fruit, herbs and superfoods, to create a range of crisp and refreshing drinks to enjoy after each class – a well-deserved treat after an energising workout!
Each FreeSpirit workout will last for 55 minutes and aims to give you a 10/10 feel good factor that will truly have you glow and smile from the inside out. The classes are a full mind and body detox, that put you through challenging dynamic sequences, focused breath work and deeply opening poses. A powerful mat-based workout built on the principles of the physical and mindful benefits of Yoga, infused with toning and conditioning moves designed to push your body past your limitations.
Upbeat and immersive, the powerful yet accessible class will help you build strength, endurance, flexibility and concentration, balancing fluid movement with breath and alignment, leaving you feeling uplifted and empowered.
Everyone who attends a class will receive a complimentary goody bag with foodie gifts, refreshing drinks and special discounts from Thomson & Scott, with a can of the new Skinny Sparkler Rosé.
